Chinese handset maker Lenovo launched a new Android smartphone, S660, priced at 13, 999. The company had announced the handset at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February and India is the first market where the Smartphone will be sold.
This latest quad-core dual-SIM smartphone has a 4.7-inch display with 960 x 540 pixel resolution. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor along with 1GB RAM. The S660 will run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean flavor as its operating system. The phone is loaded with interesting features like Mali 400 GPU, DOit Apps (SHAREit and SYNCit). The SIM slots in S660 are uniquely build as both support 3G.
Thanks to the microSD card slot in the phone, the manufacturer has provided 8GB of built-in storage space that can be further upgraded to 32GB. Additionally, the dual 3G SIM capable handset has 8MP rear camera and supports up to 32GB data via a microSD card.
When it comes to connectivity, the S660 supports GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
